• Complete detailed quantity takeoffs of your house plans by CSI Masterformat 95 or 2004 division. Regardless of whether plans are delivered in Electronic (dwg/dwf) or prints, takeoffs can be turned around with 2 to 3 business days in most cases.
• Update and maintenance of material & labor cost/pricing data stored in your purchasing database. We'll take the data provided by your suppliers and subs and keep your purchasing database up to date so you can count on the accuracy of your estimates, better forecast profit margins and confidently compete in a buyers market.

Available Service Packages - (What you get for your money)

• Expeditor Hourly Service - No commitment required, just a straight hourly rate of $100 per hour for takeoff and $70 per hour for Purchasing Database maintenance. Use as much or as little as you like and stop anytime you like.
• Expeditor Plan Services - Fixed cost per plan service @ $1 per s.f. Two plan minimum commitment over 12 month period.
• Expeditor Premium Service - Annual contract, minimum of 10 hours per month or 6 plans per year, 30 day cancellation policy. Takeoff at $90 per hour or $0.90/s.f. and Database update at $60 / hour.

Assemblies / Formulas and Item databases are available at extra cost to Expeditor Services customers on a per plan basis.
