Bobby Darnell started Construction Market Consultants, Inc. in the spring of 2001 after a 13-year career with The Construction Market Data Group, an information provider for the commercial construction industry, headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Construction Market Consultants assists companies in the A/E/C market place with: — Business Development — CRM Consulting — Sales & Marketing — Executive Placement and more. Construction Market Consultants client base includes local, regional and national general contractors, architectural and engineering firms, financial institutions, technology entities, building product manufacturers and others.
After hours, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife of 24 years, Lane and their two daughters, Anna and Katie. They enjoy trips to the mountains, watching movies and playing and singing in their “music room”. When time allows, Bobby enjoys playing guitar, golf, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, writing, magic and studying philosophy.

Brian Andrew began his career in the Construction Industry in 1993 as CFO of an Electrical Contractor that grew from 30 employees to over 400 employees during his tenure. From there he went on to provide ERP Software consulting services for several construction and service-oriented products. He also spent several years in construction management consulting and is now the Vice President of Finance & Technology at Georgia Mechanical, Inc.
Mr. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
Christopher “Chappy” Chappell
Mid-Market Account Executive
“Chappy” holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and Government from the College of Charleston. He has spent the last five years working with innovative HR technologies that help firms with their employer branding, job distribution, social recruiting, candidate management and reporting — ensuring total efficiency and compliance in the talent acquisition process. Chappy enjoys spending time with his wife, son and spending his Saturday afternoon cheering on Clemson Football!
Since graduating from Clemson University in 1975, Pat has focused on helping developers and construction companies select and implement estimating, project/equipment/service management and financial accounting solutions. His intense focus on “client wins” has led to many long-term friendships as well as a lot of fun. When not working, Pat and his lovely wife Margaret spend time traveling and visiting their 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Pat wastes any spare time trying to lower his (golf) handicap.
